May 11-25th, 2024 - Join Dana and Dr. James Norris in Los Angeles for Rhythms of Healing; A Journey of Mental Health and Wellness. Rhythms of Healing is an innovative program designed to harmonize the elements of hip hop culture, meditation, and wellness practices into a transformative healing experience. This unique program looks at wellness through the universal language of music and the introspective art of meditation, fostering holistic well-being and personal growth.



The Community C.A.R.E. program is a FREE 3 week group counseling session, which is a preview to the 13 week intensive cohort starting in June, 2024. The C.A.R.E. model helps individuals working through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life stressors. It is easy to follow and it is something that everyone can relate to. The acronym C.A.R E. stands for Connectedness, Acknowledgement, Resilience, and Emerge.

Our first cohort will focus on mental health for BIPOC men. Each cohort syllabus is curated for a designated demographic.

December 6-8, 2024: Dallas, TX

"Leap Into The Dream" Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists multicultural conference will be hosted at The Westin Galleria this year.

The conference aims to usher in a new era of diversity, inclusion, and leadership in the Nurse Anesthesia Profession by fostering an inclusive platform for underrepresented BIPOC presenters.

Dana has been selected to create a break out wellness session to teach and share holistic practices for those who care for others. This session will include education, meditation, breathwork and sound bath.

​If you are a bipoc CRNA please plan to join your colleagues across the country for a weekend of incredible programming.
