As a highly skilled empath and healer,  I have dedicated over two decades to my spiritual studies and obtained numerous certifications in various healing techniques. My approach is based on offering a holistic and personalized experience for each of my clients.  Mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools to overcome stress, anxiety, and negative thinking patterns. Sound therapy and energy work such as Reiki, address the physical body to aid in releasing the stored stress, dis-ease, and anxiety.  During our sessions, we will explore and develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and guide you towards living a more fulfilling life.
